"I don't have time" is the biggest lie we tell ourselves. You have the same 24 hours as everyone else. The difference isn't time—it's priorities.
When someone says they don't have time for something, what they really mean is it's not a priority. And that's okay. But let's stop pretending it's about time.
The Priority Reality Check
Look at your calendar. Look at your bank statements. Look at where you actually spend your energy. That's your real priority list, not the one you tell yourself.
If you're spending 3 hours a day on social media but "don't have time" to exercise, your priority isn't health—it's entertainment. Own it.
How to Actually Manage Priorities
Write down everything you want to do. Everything. Then pick three. Just three. Everything else goes on the "maybe someday" list.
Schedule your priorities first. Not after everything else. Not when you "find time." First.
Say no to good things so you can say yes to great things. This is harder than it sounds because good things feel important. But they're not your great things.
